Beth McDougall, MD has been in practice for more than 25 years and is an internationally recognized Integrative physician with a specialty in multifactorial degenerative disease. Prior to Jyzen, she founded Clear Center of Health where she built a successful integrative medical practice dedicated to personalized medicine. Long known as a medical detective, Dr. McDougall excels at unraveling complex, multifactorial conditions. At Jyzen, she is advancing a new medical paradigm, one at the intersection of medicine, technology and contemporary physics, with the goal of transforming the practice of medicine. As the Chief Medical Officer of Kenobi, Dr. McDougall leads a portfolio of companies developing energetic, diagnostic and healing technologies based in resonance physics. She sits on the advisory board for the Energy Medicine University and the scientific advisory board for the Resonance Science Foundation. 

Mark is a serial entrepreneur. He has led the development of science and technology ventures that have the opportunity to change the direction of humanity to a positive, resonant future. From working with Nassim Haramein at The Resonance Science Foundation to co-founding Torus Tech, Mark has been integral to identifying some of the brightest minds. Mark is the Founder of Singularity Group / Kenobi, which was created for applied technologies emerging out of resonance science. Kenobi  is now an accelerator and incubator of the companies it co-founds with the inventors, doctors and scientists that understand Resonance Physics. Five companies in the portfolio are already in the market and there are 6 more that are entering the market in 2024 to fully transform industries such as health, agriculture, water, transportation, environment, material sciences, natural resources and more.

Erin Shea is a co-founder of Jyzen with over two decades of building successful fitness entrepreneurships in competitive markets and establishing a model-based, private training business. Her business acumen was honed while working with hedge funds, and connecting like-minded people within the gym and fitness industries to communities that welcome a holistic and integrative vision of wellness. With a longstanding belief that wellness is a personalized experience that goes beyond just physical fitness, Erin is, at her core, a trainer who has focused her time, attention and energy on empowering young women through exercise and body positivity. Outside of Jyzen, she hustles on her spin bike and still trains a few, select clients.

Jeff Willard is an award-winning operations leader with a proven track record in startups and large enterprises, particularly in medical devices, technology, and consumer products. Known for his innovative and strategic approach, Jeff has consistently exceeded performance goals. His accomplishments include growing a bio-optimization clinic’s revenue from $650k to $6.5 million in under three years and driving medical device sales from zero to $2 million in just one year. With expertise in sales management, business development, and strategic planning, Jeff has been instrumental in launching new products and expanding market reach. As the co-founder of Hydrogen Labs and Products 4 Problems, he continues to demonstrate his entrepreneurial spirit. At Jyzen, Jeff plays a key role in merging integrative medicine with cutting-edge bio-optimization technologies.

Wendy McGrane has over 20 years of experience leading high-performing teams in the health and fitness industries. She previously managed Pharmaca Integrative Pharmacy in Mill Valley, where she transformed an underperforming store into a top-ranking location. Wendy also served as Field Marketing Manager for an athletic brand with VF Corp, overseeing outreach for 40 retail managers. Prior to that, she owned a health production company in Washington, D.C., earning multiple awards for excellence in health education, collaborating with organizations like Georgetown University and the Department of Defense. Wendy holds a Master of Public Health from Boston University and is a certified Empowerment Coach, RYT, and ACE Health Coach. With a background in functional health and resilience, she brings a strategic, compassionate approach to her leadership at Jyzen. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking in Marin and fly-fishing with her family.

Eva is a seasoned finance executive with 25 years of diversified financial experience, having focused much of her time on tech companies in the startup and early growth phases. She acts as CFO of both Jyzen and its parent company, Kenobi and is responsible for the financial well-being of all its member companies. Prior to joining Jyzen, Eva spent over 15 years as a financial entrepreneur, leading her own company, Profit Spotting, where she has accurately and ethically managed financial data for a prestigious client base. Known for her results-focused, data-driven strategies that result in optimal financial performance, she takes pride in her deep grasp of business intelligence and ability to help inform decisions and transformational improvement. She currently serves as Board President of WolvertonBailey, Inc. excelling in tax and legal compliance. The culmination of her expertise in data management, financial planning, and tax law lend well to her role at Jyzen. When she is not crunching numbers for Jyzen, she can be found exploring the world with her fiance.

Sebastian Wasowski is a co-founder of Jyzen and President at Vasper Systems. Vasper is a revolutionary health and fitness technology that combines compression, cooling and interval training to help the body restore, harmonize and reach peak vitality. He has been working alongside his father, Peter Wasowski, since Vasper began as a project in the backyard of their home on the big island of Hawaii. Driven by a long-standing belief that everyone deserves to live with vitality, he studied Ayurveda at the Mt. Madonna Institute and is passionate about helping people improve the quality of their lives. Growing up in both the Bay Area and the Big Island of Hawaii, Sebastian loves spending time in the ocean and exploring nature. It is his belief in the interconnected unity of all of life that feeds Sebastian’s desire to make a positive impact on the world.
