TRAIN YOUR BRAIN LIKE YOU TRAIN YOUR BODY

At JYZEN, we understand that brain health is fundamental to overall well-being. Our NeuroFit® program, founded by Cindy Reynolds, takes a unique approach by integrating advanced NeuroTechnologies to record, regulate, and optimize brain function.Using real-time QEEG brain mapping, we can identify specific areas of underactivity or overactivity in the brain and apply targeted interventions that will enhance both mental and emotional well-being.

BENEFItS OF TRAINING YOUR BRAIN

  • FEEL CALM AND CENTERED AT WORK, SCHOOL, OR SOCIAL EVENTS
  • INCREASE ENERGY, INSPIRATION, AND MOTIVATION
  • MAINTAIN MEMORY AND FOCUS AS NEEDED
  • ALLEVIATE FEAR AND SADNESS
  • IMPROVE SLEEP
  • RELIEVE STRESS
  • IMPROVE ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE IN SPORTS
  • HEAL CONCUSSION
  • MINIMIZE COGNITIVE DECLINE
  • ACHIEVE MEDITATION GOALS

OUR PROCESS

Rooted in an integrated approach, the NeuroFit® training program, called NeuroFit 360, is unique in that it uses an expansive range of NeuroTechnologies and custom protocols in a single session to Cross-Train The Brain and support healing at a variety of levels.

TECHNOLOGY TO REGULATE THE ACTIVITY OF YOUR BRAINWAVES.

TRAINING TO BALANCE THE NERVOUS SYSTEM IN YOUR BODY.

TOOLS TO STRENGTHEN THE POSITIVE POWER OF YOUR MIND.

Whether it’s from session to session or after a series of sessions, we review the results of your training with you, showing you the objective data that reflects how your brain is changing as a result of your training. Based on your own brain’s electrical output each program is customized to your individual needs and what your brain map reveals.

Brain Mapping

Every NeuroFit® program begins with a qEEG Brain Map. It is not a diagnostic tool; it is a tool that measures the electrical activity of your brain (or “brainwaves”) and displays the statistics in the form of topographical maps. This allows us to identify which brain regions and frequency bands need improvement and it then becomes the guide for building your custom training protocols and tracking the results of your training.

TECHNOLOGIES

  • Neuroguide - qEEG & Neurofeedback
  • Wavi - ERP
  • NeuroField - pEMF, tACS, tDCS, ERP
  • Vielight - Red/Infrared Light
  • Vasper + LiveO2 Oxygen

VVO PROTOCOL FOR A CONCUSSION

The image on the left shows a detailed view of the brain's low-frequency activity in specific areas (called Delta and Theta bands). The dark blue spots indicate regions where the brain's activity is significantly lower than normal, which is often referred to as "Blue Brain." This condition can happen after a head injury, where the brain gets jolted and hits the inside of the skull, causing some of the brain's connections to tear—a process called Axonal Shearing. This can create an impact on one side of the brain and another injury on the opposite side, known as Coup Contrecoup. To address these issues, NeuroFit uses a special treatment called the VVO Protocol.

VAGAL RESET PROTOCOL TO HEAL TRAUMA

The image below highlights Brodmann Area 13, also known as the Insular Cortex. This part of the brain is often affected by trauma, whether it happens before birth, during birth, or later in life. When trauma occurs, it can create overly strong connections (shown as red or dark orange lines) between the Amygdala, Hippocampus, and this area, which are key parts of the brain involved in the “Fight or Flight” response.

To help calm this response, a technique called Vagal Reset is used. The first step is to focus on calming the Autonomic Nervous System (ANS), which controls the “Fight or Flight” reaction. This is done by applying special coils along the Vagus nerve and using a gentle frequency to signal the brain that it’s safe. The goal is to turn off the brain's "alarm switch," helping the body relax and feel secure.

3D BRAIN MAP VIEW OF A CONCUSSION

The images below show a 3D view of the brain's Delta frequency, which highlights areas where there might be damage to the brain's white matter or neural connections. But there's good news—thanks to Neuroplasticity! This means the brain can form new connections and heal these injuries by using specific NeuroTechnologies. So, even with damage, the brain has the ability to repair itself!

Cindy Reynolds has been in practice for over 12 years and is an International Board Certified qEEG technologist. Prior to Jyzen, Cindy founded NeuroFit® Marin where she built a successful NeuroFitness training program. Cindy brings her unique “Cross-Train Your Brain” program to Jyzen where her motto is “faster results in fewer sessions.” To achieve this Cindy is dedicated to acquiring leading-edge NeuroTechnology and specializing in the most advanced systems available today for optimal brain function. She has extensive experience in the analysis of qEEG Brain maps and excels at reading raw EEG to identify and regulate the source of presenting symptoms.

Don’t just take our word for it.

NeuroFit has been life changing for our highly sensitive child. This process calmed down his nervous system so he could build the confidence and coping mechanisms to manage his emotions and sensitivity (stress/anxiety). Cindy is absolutely amazing! She is such a caring, flexible, knowledgeable, empathetic, and intuitive person who gave our son the lifelong tools needed to manage his emotions and embrace his sensitive Soul. We are forever grateful!

My son had a soccer coach who was very harsh and had a terrible temper. My son went from being a strong, gifted player at the beginning of the year to a child who would tear up and ask to be taken out of the game. He was diagnosed with post traumatic stress disorder and he would “freeze” whenever there was any kind of pressure. After training with Cindy he no longer exhibited any signs of distress. He was able to play and enjoy both soccer and basketball again and reach his full potential as an athlete.

Thanks so much Cindy to you and your team for working with our 6-year-old son this past year. We believe his regular brain training was a huge boost to his social, emotional, and overall development. He used to be quite inflexible, quick to temper with big emotions, and have a hard time with transitions. We saw multiple specialists but in the end, we think the unique work your team is doing can be credited with much of his improvement. He is now so much more mature, self-aware, joyous, and relaxed.  He can still have big emotions, but he also now has the ability to self-regulate and stay engaged. We are so thankful for the work that you do!

I feel very grateful to Cindy and her team who have helped me overcome my anxiety. When my son and I have disagreements, I can now pause before reacting. And I am getting on a place where usually I am nervous, but there’s an amazing sense of calm now. It’s pretty incredible what brain train can do. Thank you!

My son is 13 years old. He has been diagnosed with ASD, ADD (and Type 1 diabetes!). He struggles to read social cues, often has very awkward social interactions, and emotional outbursts due to emotional dysregulation. We are so grateful to have found NeuroFit! We started seeing subtle changes in his behavior in just 2 months of training. Last week we were driving together, he looked over at me and asked, "Mom, how are you doing?" I was feeling sad, so I explained what I was feeling and why. I asked him why he asked me that question. He said, "I just noticed you weren't acting like yourself"; I almost cried realizing he had noticed my emotions and we had connected with each other in that way. I recommend NeuroFit to any family affected by similar struggles.
