The Website uses the following Google services that may collect PII and Non-PII when you visit any page on the Website.

YouTube
Our may use plugins or embedded video from YouTube, which is operated by Google. The operator of the pages is YouTube LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. If you visit one of our pages featuring a YouTube plugin or embedded video, a connection to the YouTube servers is established and the YouTube server is informed about which of our pages you have visited. If you’re logged in to your YouTube account, YouTube allows you to associate your browsing behavior directly with your personal profile. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account.
5. How Long Do We Keep Your Information?
We keep your PII as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements). No purpose in this notice shall require us to keep your PII for longer than the period in which you are a Member or otherwise use our Products and/or Services. Your PII may also be stored in secure backup archives where it is isolated from processing.

Children are not eligible to use our Products and Services unsupervised and we ask that persons under the age of 13 do not submit any PII to us. If we become aware that We have collected PII from anyone under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, We take steps to remove that information from Our servers.
8. How Can Users Correct Inaccuracies in Their Personal Information?

Note that Jyz is unable to correct and not responsible for correcting any inaccuracies Users, Visitors, Customers, and Members may discover in data collected by third parties. You must contact those third parties directly and follow their respective information correction mechanisms and policies.
9. Can Users Delete or Deactivate Information Collected By Jyzen?
We provide Users with a mechanism to delete or deactivate PII from the Website’s database by contacting us via the contact form on the Website. However, because of backups and records of deletions, it may be impossible to delete a Visitor’s entry without retaining some residual information. An individual who requests to have PII deactivated will have this information functionally deleted, and we will not sell, transfer, or use Personally Identifiable Information relating to that individual in any way after that time. All Users, including Customers and Members, acknowledge that removal of this information may in some cases limit or prevent us from delivering certain Products or Services. All Users also acknowledge that we may need to retain some of this information for tax and/or legal reasons, as well as for data scrubbing lists.
10. Do You Follow Do-Not-Track Settings?
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice.
11. Do California Residents Have Specific Privacy Rights?
California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the “Shine The Light” law, permits our Users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year.
