Jyzen Membership consists of a monthly autopay deposit to your Jyzen wellness account. This deposit represents your monthly commitment to investing in your health and longevity. Your monthly deposit may be redeemed across our array of practitioners, health technologies, and medical services.
*Member pricing also applies to all products and services that exceed the monthly deposit.
How it works:
The goal of Membership is to support our clients in achieving their unique visions of wellness. We don’t define what you do or don’t get. We offer our members the best possible pricing and allow you the freedom to choose which services best fit your goals.
As with most things, to truly experience the benefits of many of our health technologies, you need to engage regularly. Our membership tiers are designed to support a consistent program, while offering discounted pricing if you choose to do more. Membership allows you to get more for your money and gives you the flexibility to adjust your focus week to week. Kids going back to school? Focus on immune support. Training for a race? Focus on performance and recovery. Need a reset? We have a number of detoxification options available.
1. Monthly fees do not roll over, but most of our members exceed their base commitment and enjoy membership pricing for any additional services they use.
2. Sharing is a popular feature of our OPTIMIZE (+1) and AMPLIFY (+3) memberships. This flexibility allows youto provide for a significant other, friend, or family member and share your account balance and all your pricing discounts.
3. The Jyzen membership agreement cannot be canceled or paused during the first 90-days. After this initial period members may pause membership for up to 3 months per year for a $75 monthly fee. Initiation fees are waived for first time members.

What is the best way to make an appointment or reservation?
Specialist appointments or health tech reservations can be made by calling the front desk (415) 729-0449 during business hours 9am-5pm M-F or emailing frontdesk@jyzenlabs.com
What if I arrive late to my appointment?
We provide flexibility to clients whenever possible but due to specialists schedules and limited windows for health tech reservations we may be unable to accommodate.
What should I wear?
Active wear is acceptable and recommended for all services. Some passive services are equally completed in business attire while others require minimal clothing to assure improved skin exposure to treatment. If you are unclear about what your service selections will entail, please see the “what to expect” portion of the service homepage or check your appointment confirmation for more information.
Do you have locker rooms/showers available?
At this time, we do not have showers available onsite. Many of our members also enjoy membership with our partner gym Evexia, which has full locker room and shower access included in their membership.
How long will my visit be?
The length of your visit will depend upon your unique selection of services and specialist appointments. Please check your booking confirmation to see the time span of your appointment times.
Can I book a group session?
Yes! Many of our services allow for participants to book their experiences alongside each other or concurrently. During a tour of our facility you will observe which service types are best for group experiences and be able to choose which best suit your group. Group favorites are IVs, Vasper, Peak Oxygen, Passive Altitude Training and Cryotherapy.
What is your phone policy?
In an effort to maintain an environment that encourages healing and focus, we ask that phones be put on silent while on the premises and that calls be limited to waiting areas.
Can I bring my dog or pet?
We love our pets too but for sanitary and allergy reasons we are not able to allow animals in our facility unless they are certified as an emotional support animal.

Auto Pay
By enrolling in, using, or paying for service by AP, you agree to these terms and conditions. If these Terms and Conditions are not acceptable to you, please notify Jyzen immediately at 415.729.0449
If I enroll in AP online or by phone with electronic signature, I authorize Jyzen to treat my electronic signature as evidence of my consent to initiate electronic payment transactions from my designated bank, debit card, or credit card account. My consent only applies to the initiation of the recurring electronic bank, credit card, or debit card payments. My authorization via electronic signature has the same effect as a handwritten signature on a paper-formatted contract.
I understand that AP enrollment applies to the bank, debit card, or credit card account that I designate. I agree to pay my Jyzen bill until the AP enrollment is established and a message appears on my bill instructing me not to make a payment. Each month, I authorize Jyzen to automatically charge my credit card/debit card or debit my bank account, as applicable, for the amount due on my bill. The AP charge or debit will be made on the date that is specified in my monthly billing notice or my monthly bill, which Jyzen will provide at least 10 days in advance of the AP payment date.

Paper Free Billing
I understand that by enrolling in the AP option I also agree to Paper Free Billing.
I agree to have Jyzen notify me by e-mail and or SMS text each month at least ten days before my payment is to be debited or charged of the amount of my bill and that my bill is available online for viewing and printing.
I agree to promptly update my e-mail address and Wireless phone number at Jyzen if it changes.
Update Bank/Card Information
I understand that if there is a change to my bank or card account information, including expiration date, I must call 415.729.0449 to update the AP enrollment information.
Billing Errors
I understand and agree that Jyzen is not liable for erroneous bill statements or incorrect debits/charges. If a billing error occurs, Jyzen is responsible for correcting it if and when I notify Jyzen of the error.
Returned Payments
I understand that if my payment is rejected, refused, returned, disputed, or reversed by my financial institution or card issuer for any reason, then Jyzen has the right to charge a returned item fee and to cancel my account from the AP option. I understand my participation in AP is subject to Jyzen approval. Jyzen reserves the right to terminate my participation in this payment option at any time, as authorized by applicable law.
Fees
I understand that Jyzen does not impose a fee for participating in the AP option.
I understand that I should verify with my financial institution to determine if additional charges apply.
Changes and Updates
From time to time, Jyzen may revise these Terms and Conditions. Jyzen will provide notice of such revisions by posting revisions to the website, Announcements page or to the Account Manager. If you do not agree to Jyzen’s revision(s), you must terminate your AP enrollment immediately in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. By continuing to use AutoPay after revisions are in effect, you accept and agree to all revisions.
