BODYWORK CENTER
Body Optimization
Each session answers that question: How is your body functioning and assesses the health of your fascia, nerves, joints, mobility and soft tissues. Your practitioner may incorporate neurological and manual resets, introduce movement integration practices, as well as use advanced technologies to accelerate the healing process. We do this using effective energetic, tactile and manual therapies to assess structural needs; screening body movements for functional restrictions; and creating a personalized program designed for your body.
