INTEGRATIVE BODYWORK
Whether you’re looking to increase your athletic performance, recover from injury, optimize function or simply reboot, our practitioners are here to support you. The Integrative Bodywork Center and holistic health go hand in hand. We are proud to offer our clients curated wellness experiences with the highest level of medical, functional and technical practitioners who specialize in body optimization through energetic and physical alignment, integrated movement and performance, and cutting-edge diagnostics.

Each session answers that question: How is your body functioning and assesses the health of your fascia, nerves, joints, mobility and soft tissues. Your practitioner may incorporate neurological and manual resets, introduce movement integration practices, as well as use advanced technologies to accelerate the healing process. We do this using effective energetic, tactile and manual therapies to assess structural needs; screening body movements for functional restrictions; and creating a personalized program designed for your body.

FEATURED SERVICE
Running Gait Analysis
Tired of getting injured? Want to increase efficiency? Working towards a new PR? We are thrilled to offer RunDNA, a unique program based on proprietary technology. RunDNA allows us to identify each runner’s unique injury profile and then design a program to help you avoid setbacks and maximize results. This session includes a run readiness assessment and load assignments for specific and individual program design. As a part of the assessment, we use a 3D motion sensor lab called Runeasi AI technology which offers science-validated metrics to reflect a runner’s mobility, stability, strength and power. Runeasi captures overload, asymmetry and poor movement control which can cause runners setbacks, injuries and pain.
WHAT TO EXPECT DURING A SESSION
We ask our clients to wear workout clothes that allow for a broad range of motion and activity. Depending on the type of session booked, you can expect to receive some hands-on work but may also move to our performance space to work through specific movement patterns or exercises.
